What is DSCA ?

We are the only organization in India focusing solely on all aspects of living successfully with Down’s syndrome.We started our activity from the year 2006 and since then organized many programs for the Down’s syndrome individuals and their parents.DSCA is Government Registered Society reg. no. 136/Govt. of Maharashtra registered on 5th March 2009, under the Registration of Societies Act 1860 (21). DSCA is a non-profit making body caring for the DS individuals and their parents, exclusively dependant on the donations received from the individuals, groups and Organizations.

Dr. Dnyandeo K. Chopade, M.B.B.S., MS, PGCRCH BJ(MCJ)
who is the founder president & visionary of DSCA, is by profession a Medical Geneticist & providing genetic health services to the patients from Maharashtra & nearing states.
With the mission of creating possibilities for DS individuals & their parents of living a life powerfully & the life they love, he founded DSCA along with the like minded Doctors, parents of DS, social workers & the concerned people.
